I had full hair high lights done here, I rang up and asked how much it would cost, she asked me how long my hair was and what colours i want. I usually have a blonde and a brown in my hair and so she told me the price would be £62, i hadnt had my hair done in 3 months so 4t i’d treat myself… when i got to the salon we sat down to discuss colours, i said i usually have two blondes to one brown, she suggested two different colour blondes so i 4t why not, i said i didnt want golden colours at all so she suggested what to use.
After 2 and a half hours they washed my hair and “slighty” dried it, i then had to pay £72 which was £8 extra for another colour and £2 extra for a wash…. i was disapointed but just wanted to get home, dry my hair and see the result… when i got home i realised there was still product in it and so had to wash that out before drying it, then once dry i noticed my hair was a nasty golden blonde, hardly streaky at all and NOT AT ALL what i had asked for, you could still see my roots and it was a MESS especially for £72!!!!!
A couple of days later I went into the salon and told her i was NOT happy with what she had done to my hair, i pointed out the problems but she refused to admit she had made a mistake and only offered to re-do it, i said i did not want her attempting to do my hair again and asked for a refund, however she would not give me one, she did not once admit that she had made a mistake with my hair even though i was obviously upset and apologised for complaining but as a customer i was entitled for a full refund as she had not given me what i originally asked for…. it took 30mins argueing over it until she finally agreed to give me a small % of my money back… i am REALLY upset about this and urge anyone to SAVE your money and go somewhere else… it isnt worth the stress!!!!!
