Scene, scene, scene… You get the idea, it’s one of the places to be seen in Berlin… It’s quite young and crowded.

The music became monotonous though and they don’t allow you to bring drinks in so you’re forced to buy their over-priced ones. They don’t search you though so… ;)

The pool was quite nice as well as were the decks and sandy areas.

I’m not sure if there is anything better in Berlin than swimming in the Spree, except not actually having to and getting some bacterial strand that would make you feel icky.

There is a massive beach area, super large deck and the pool…although I had my doubts…is pretty darn great. It’s the perfect temperature, nice views and large enough you aren’t rubbing wet bums with anyone.

The actual sunning area gets very crowded, very fast. Everyone is smooshed in trying to get their piece of the sun, half naked and dripping with lotion and drinking beer. It’s pretty darn nice.
