They did not have any salad last time I visited, and so I was forced to make a different order. When you go through the drive through very often large chips are underfilled and you are left wondering whether you ordered a small portion. Other than this the chips are a bit on the cold side almost every time I order. So in general some serious issues that need sorting in this place. On a positive note the staff are very friendly and helpful.

They obviously ran out of big mac burgers so decided that cutting a quarter pounder in half was the solution, lettuce on the verge of turning brown with chips that had black bits on them!

great clean restaurant friendly staff had a 12 hour delay and they let us sit in the restaurant while we waited for the gate to open recommend it. don’t listen to bad review .

Painfully slow on August 9th 2011. We waited in one queue for 40 minutes. I know it’s almost unbelievable, but true. The woman serving was incredibly slow. We didn’t change queue because it would have meant going to the back again (plus we just hoped someone would come to help her). There was an airport employee who got really narked because he only got 30 minutes off for lunch. The McD’s management need to keep and eye out for this kind of problem especially in such a busy place. PMM

Yes its McDonalds, but it's super handy. Lots of airports don't seem to offer good old Mac D's, and when you want to grab something fast its great. Plenty of seating, nice and clean, the staff were constantly clearing up trays. I was here at 6am and although it seemed busy with breakfast, it only took a few minutes to order. And if it is really busy and you find yourself sharing a table there's plenty of elbow room unlike Pret.

Always my choice for meals when I'm on the go. Large cues because, of course, it is Mcdonald's! And then some.
Anyway, probably the second or third largest room in the South Terminal (World Duty Free being largest). Which is good because there is more space. Even if you are on a nightflight, and it's absolutely empty around the airport, Mcdonald's will be packed! There is an electronic board with live flight information inside, which is good.
If you are looking for a quick hot drink, though, definitely go with Pret A Manger, as there are hardly any cues, and you can chill out with it outside of the restaurant.
Overall, I give Mcdonalds a 4/5!

Went here recently when catching an early morning flight.
Mc Slow it should be called. Actually Slow Mc Slow with a side order of slow. Not enough staff and a piece of food brought to the counter at a time.
Disaster. I think they should follow there own branding of "Fast Food".
Avoid if in a rush.
