I Have been a member of Redbridge since i was about 6! It offers a great variety of different exercises/facilities and runs some very good kids camps during holidays which were alot of fun!

Has continually grown since i have known it, the astroturf football pitches were a great addition and are very good to use. All facilities are kept clean and tidy and the staff are so friendly and helpful.

The gym itself isnt the largest, but a few years ago was done up and the machines are excellent. Best i have seen anywhere, very high tech and you can email members through your Gym key, watch TV on your machines, listen to the radio and at the end of your session it tells you how many calories you have burned and what you need to do more of!

Very good value for monay and a great place to go!

I have been using this gym for a few years now and it’s great, the showers and steam rooms are clean, the classes are varied and good fun and the gym is not as huge as some places but has a good atmosphere about it. Everyone gets on well and there are lots of social activities members can go to. Great value for money as well.
