Was a very good service, very good with answering my questions, and a good price, made my job a lot easier, had a bit of a problem with the on board safe but a phone call to the office and they talked me through it and was solved, the damage on the van concerned me a bit because the logs in the van was on a card and bits of paper, so i took pictures just in case, made a partial booking because i did not have my driving licence available rang the next day and lost the van i wanted, but they did give a few options not too far from my original location (remember driving licence when making booking), but overall very good

Although apprehensive at first once I received my booking confirmation detailing the automated service for collections & drop off I could not fault it at all. It was easy to use, and was a thoroughly convenient service. The condition of the van was satisfactory as I did noticed a number of dents/marks to the exterior but on the whole was fine and the driving experience was very good. I will certainly be using iCanHire again!

Highly recommended, simple to use and quick. The vehicle was clean and tidy. Small issue with the amount of fuel in the van which was sorted with a quick phone call. I will be using ICan hire again

I can highly recommend the service of icanhire.com. The vehicles are located in great areas, where you feel secure to leave your car. The collection and return automated service is so efficient and if there are any challenges the team have been on hand straight away to help. Whilst looking through google, I stumbled on this company... having now used them a few times and for different vans, I can honestly say I am so glad I found them – I recommend them to all my friends. GREAT vehicles, GREAT service and GREAT prices. What's there more to ask for? Thank you team!

After using I CAN HIRE for the first time, I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to hire a van. The whole hire process was simple and straightforward, there were no hidden costs and the customer service exceeded expectations. I CAN HIRE beat all other quotes for the rental period and unlike other companies, the pick up and drop off times were not restricted to their office opening times. The remote vehicle unlock and lock process was quick and easy and it was refreshing not to have to pay an annual membership fee to hire a vehicle. Having looked at vehicle locations for future hire, I was pleased to find a number of vehicles in my area. I CAN HIRE will be the first hire company I go to the next time I need to rent a car or van and I’m more than happy to recommend them to others.

Really easy to use this service; register online, they call you to confirm then you go to van and follow the instructions. Van was clean, service was V easy to use and the timing was really flexible. Very helpful staff on the end of the phone too. All in all I would recomend!

A new generation of vehicle hire
It's a really convenient system that does not depend on fixed office/depot hour limitations and the automated system works very well indeed. Its the second time we've used it and the only drawback relates to any need to extend the hire period since the telephone service number then seems likely only to function over regular office hours. We were thankful for all the mobile phone text confirmation messages which meant we could key in all the relevant responses to the system without having to remember to bring a paper record. Since pick-up can be from any street location where a vehicle happens to be parked, checking the external condition for existing damage can be a little difficult under gloomy street lighting. Our only panic was on returning the vehicle, since the GPS signal was not getting through and we were quite lucky in being able to remember our way to the back street where the vehicle needed to be returned.

Really easy to use once you have the know how. The keylock can be tricky so allow 10 minutes before you journey to sort it out. (icanhire alllow you to get in the van 10 mins before) How cool!

Affordable, Convenient, Quality and Recommendable
Besides initially setting up an account with Icanhire, I couldn't ever imagine using a service where you speak to no one every time you hire a vehicle and the whole process from booking to returning the vehicle was so smooth and hassle free. This service has really worked for me and I know it will work for you.

Overall I was pleased with my experience. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend it to others - however if I was in a hurry and had to be somewhere to meet a deadline, I would be nervous on another occasion and would probably pick up say an hour before I needed to.
Good points:
The van drove well (despite the 'service' light being permanently displayed on the dashboard)
The instructions to gain access to the vehicle and mobilise it were clear (but quite complicated).
The telephone support was good (although I didn't test this outside office hours).
The booking, pick-up, drop off, and general procedures were very impressive and slickly systemised - although not failsafe (see below).
Bad points:
The condition report (which I had to agree to prior to driving the van away) was very poorly reported and failed to mention several items of damage which I could possibly have been held liable for. To prevent this I had to spend about half an hour at pick-up inspecting and reporting this damage.
The cab was a bit dirty (but hey, it's a van).
The vehicle wouldn't start. I rang for help and they had to remotely deactivate the immobiliser before I could drive away.
Overall score: 8.5 out of 10

What a good idea, really easy from initial booking to collection and return of the van and cheap for short time rental, will definitely use again. Just remember to have your mobile on speakerphone when you call to book van out or you will miss the instructions.
