This is place is so much better than Gourmet Burger Kitchen that I wish there were locations everywhere! The variety of toppings/burger combos offered is far superior (much more 'interesting’ combos and not the same old salad & cheese!!) to GBK. Prices are better and food quality is also better. The best part are their desserts: to DIE FOR. The peanut butter cheesecake thing is perfectly sinful and one of the best desserts I have ever eaten (get it without the caramel sauce - that just makes it sickly). Warning, if you eat one on your own, you will feel VERY full, so I suggest splitting the dessert. Along with fun sides like chunky chips in gravy chips covered in chili and cheese, Burger Shack gets my business every time.

This place is right behind work for us so we’ve dropped in there a few times. At lunch time efficiency is probably the most important factors for us, and this place usually does well. The burgers are fantastic, they have a cranberry and Brie combo which is really nice. The milkshakes are great too. You can see the chefs hard at work too. Decor is modern and stylish and we really enjoy coming in here
