Starbucks Coffee Co (UK)

A Starbucks is a starbucks, but the only reason Im writing this review is to complain about the toilets. One toilet that is unisex and was in a complete mess!

If youre gona get people full of liquids then at least clean your toilet!

i love sarbucks coffee like others have said not the cheapest but u get what u pay for and sprinkling cinnamon on a coffee is perfect in this chilly weather

I love the hot chocolate and cakes here they are the best.
Not the cheapest place but you can taste the quailty.
The perfect place to take a break from shopping and relax for a bit
The staff were chatty and pleasant.
The only downside was the tables were all dirty.

This Starbucks is in a prime location in the Bullring, and despite there being another Starbucks just upstairs in Boarders, it’s very popular! It’s situated just opposite Burger King so most people stop by here!

There is a selection of tables, but it isn’t a huge place. If you stop by here on a Saturday afternoon don’t expect a seat!

Staff have always been really polite and friendly each time I’ve visited, and I would certainly recommend this place for your morning coffee - service with a smile indeed!

i love starbucks!! and this one was a much needed break after shopping!! i love the hot chocolate and the choices there are is great!! i found the staff to be quite pleasant and helpful!! yes this is a very busy starbucks! but given where it is its hardly surprising!!

This is an awful Starbucks.

The drinks are to specification (as they should be) but the staff are just rude, the drinks treated with no respect (and the customers less) and the place looks like an absolute tip.

The place doesn’t feel anything like a starbucks should, it feels cold, hostile, and ucared for.

Avoid this place like the plague, and head to the Starbucks in Borders - you won’t believe the difference.

A second favourite for me in the way of coffee shops. I am a big fan of the very fattening creamy iced drinks they do here and enjoy grabbing one for on the go or sitting down and enjoying a break from shopping at this location but it is something I try not to do too often after hearing on the radio one day that these drinks that I just class as a nice coffee can be around 600 calories! Regardless of this when I am paying a high price for a drink I do like to get something that I could not make myself at home so I usually end up with the fattening drinks! The staff are fast and friendly, they work well as a team and I am always happy with the service I receive.

The frappachinos are a must. Not the best for atmosphere, I would recommend Martinaeu place.

Yeh i’m a Starbucks fan -had never been in the place until i went to New York, our hotel had one in the lobby .I know there extortionate and i’ve seen the black gold documentary ,but i’m addicted

No one does coffee better in my opinion. Starbucks is great for everything. Meeting up with mates, doing work, it provides a great location with great beverages and food.
It has lovely indoor and outdoor seating which is always clean.
Prices are fair and staff are helpful, only pain is the qeues here on weekends mainly but also sometimes at other times.
Its worth the wait though, well worth it!

I’ve got some nice memories connected to that Starbucks. I remember when I moved to Birmingham and the Bullring Centre had been just opened.
People behind the pay desk seem to be nervous and not being sure about what they had to do, but nevertheless always smiling.
It was very busy but I got my white chocolate moccha very quickly and I even got a smile from the cute guy who made the coffee.
Very handy place to get one of the best coffees in the world after a very exhausting shopping tour.
