As an Apple Fanboy, my pilgrimage to no.1 Infinite Loop, Cupertino, California was champion, and something I’ll always remember doing.

We parked up and strolled around first, taking in the huge glass front of the Apple HQ (from a distance, you’re not allowed in without a cause). It’s an impressive place. Then to the main event, a visit to The Company Store.

This is no ordinary Apple Store, within the confines of this moderately-sized shop you’ll find bounty unavailable anywhere else in the world. There are all the usual suspects including iPods, iPhones and the entire Mac range, but the exclusive items are worth going for. My black ‘I visited the Mothership’ T-Shirt has yet to even be worn, I’m waiting for the perfect moment! My 2 year old has a funky blue T-Shirt with a white Apple on the front which is the envy of all the other 2 year olds - and the staff - at his nursery.

My black matte mug, with glossy apple logo, is used often and I swear that the tea tastes better for it.

Add to that my grovelled Company Store pen (that you can’t buy) and I was one happy bunny.

If you love Apple as much as I do, and you’re on the west coast at any point, you HAVE to go there and buy stuff and things.
