Should your circumstance in anyway reflect that of the characters in Samuel Beckett’s play from which this bar derrives its name, you will at least be able to appreciate the Irish/Parisian flavour of the interior in the meantime. High tables and stools are the norm, most often occupied by students from the nearby centre for the University of Zagreb. They do have Guiness on tap here - which is a bit of a find, as draught anything can be a bit hard to come by in Croatia. Unfortunately, it’s never left to settle. There’s quite a bit of outside seating too, good for watching the trams pause for breath.
