Phoned the salon hoping for an emergency appt after my daughter had taken a pair of scissors to her own hair and was told to bring her along within the hour.
A stylist / hairdresser named Jess saw my daughter and sensitively asked what she’d been trying to do with her hair in the first place, i.e. what style would she be happy with and not feel the need to start trying to rearrange herself in the future!! She was careful to keep the length whilst still snipping at the bits that needed taking off and kept asking and making sure my daughter and I were happy with what she was doing as she went along.
45 mins later, my daughter’s hair looked fab. It was beautifully layered and styled the way my daughter wanted and cost just £18.00.
Before I left, I booked an appointment for myself next weekend. :)
