Limnos is a traditional French patisserie/boulangerie in Cape Town producing some of the finest French confectionary delights in South Africa. The Limnos name has been in existence since 1975 when it started out as a single bakery in the industrial Kuils River region. Today it is fast growing into a exceptionally popular producer of pastries, cakes and other confectionary in the Cape Town area. With many branches open in and around Cape Town, Limnos is fast becoming a household name famed for their exceptional quality and mouthwatering presentation. It is one of the many rejuvenated food hotspots that is helping to stake the claim that Cape Town is undoubtedly the food capital of South Africa.
