Nice gym – good equipment and facilities. Pool can be chilly – changing rooms pretty good. Staff are friendly. Hard to book classes.

General Comments

I currently use two Greens Club's due to my job; Chingford and Croydon. I find both to be clean, friendly and professional. They have a broad range of facilities that are generally in good working order. The team at both clubs are always friendly and on hand to help out. Pretty good value too. All good stuff in my opinion.

Whether you are looking to improve your body shape, seriously tone up your physique or simply relax in the company of friends, Greens offers all the requirements you could possibly need to achieve any of those objectives. Cardio Vascular classes like Spinning and Body Combat will help rev up your heart, whilst Body Pump and Legs, Bums and Tums concentrates on developing specific muscles. The more relaxing Pilates and Yoga are also available and will help to strengthen those core muscles, as well as leave you feeling quietly energised.
