I found Pauls company online after major problems with my insurance companys boiler cover.three engineers came out at separate times over a 5 week period,all saying there was a a different problem each time.I was left with no heating or hot water each time.In desperation i decided to bin them off and get it sorted myself.I phoned Paul early morning and by dinnertime his engineer had been,mended the boiler and left.The problem was completely different to what i had been told it was.I was very impressed by the service,friendliness and price,also its very refreshing to find someone who was open ,upfront and honest.....and saved me £200 !! I would recommend Pauls company to anyone and will definitely using them in the future

We found Pauls' firm (the heating expet) through an advert in a local shop and got him quote to intall a new heating system. He listened to our needs explained the options and customised a system that was right for us. He wrote us a quote before he left and followed us up- no chasing required!. All that made him an easy choice.

It was a million times easier that dealing with some of the other firms we got to quote for us and didn't cost any more either. But we got all the peace of mind and confidence you need when having major work done in your house.
