I was introduced to Fiori by a friend as I knew I wanted my wedding dress made. Within about 10 minutes of sitting down she had totally “got” me -my style, my shape and had intuitively known where we going with the design. My first meeting lasted about two and a half hours and I came out with the biggest smile on my face. I realised that I had put my trust in someone who was a consummate professional, a total perfectionist and master of their craft with a dedicated, skilled and hard-working team – and I was able to completely relax, sound in the knowledge that I would get the dress I had dreamed of. Fiori thinks of absolutely everything from the height of my heels ("you don’t want to be taller than your husband in the photos) to the way the dress will “perform” throughout the day. She works tirelessly on the shape, to make the best of your figure – whatever size you are – working from the bra inside. The result was just stunning – there wasn’t a single person at the wedding who didn’t comment. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Fiori and her team – a total inspiration and a pleasure to have met.
If you want a dress of perfection, Fiorismo is the only place to go. I had an evening dress and a wedding dress designed by Fiori and they were absolutely stunning. She made me look and feel like a Hollywood movie star. The customer service is what you expect from a couture bridal establishment- it matches the quality of the work and from the first instance i was made to feel welcome and comfortable. Overall I trusted Fiiori explicitly to ensure I looked and felt my best. My wedding dress not only fitted my figure to its most flattering effect but it was so exceptionally well designed and made that I was able to wear it while sitting on my horse for the wedding photos. Fiori’s team at the shop Beth and Hazel also made my appointments a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I would challenge anyone to find someone as good as she is. Fiorisimo Bravissimo.

The best day of my life!
It had not occurred to me to write a review about the fabulous service that I was given at Fiorisimo but after spotting this last review I wanted to say that my experience of having my wedding dress made by Fiori could not have been more enjoyable. My dress was beautiful and I simply didn’t want to take it off on the day of my wedding, I danced all night long. My husband said that I looked amazing, and frankly I felt it too! I cannot thank Fiori enough for her fantastic advice and care in helping me to achieve the look that I so desperately wanted for my wedding day. I will certainly be recommending Fiorisimo in the future and a few of my friends have already been asking who made my dress as they plan their own weddings.

As a more mature bride, the last thing I wanted to do was to look like mutton dressed as lamb. Using her experience and attention to detail, Fiori created a beautiful dress which was greatly admired and made me feel like a million dollars. She is an absolute perfectionist, which reflects in the quality of her gowns; and went to great lengths to make me feel, and look, as good as I had hoped for.

A thousand thanks for all of your hard work
I have been on a high ever since the day of my wedding, a day that I had been so nervous about for moths beforehand, but in the stunning dress that Fiori had designed for me, I felt beautiful and confident all day long. I can’t thank her team enough for their care and patience, throughout the process of creating my dress. I would (and will) recommend Fiorisimo to any bride-to-be, it was an amazing experience, thank you!

Avoid at all costs! Very chilly reception from the owner. She was rude and obnoxious. Seven months pregnant with my second child (so not feeling my best) and told her that I’m normally UK size 12. She rudely told me there’s no way I’d go back to that size, she has 29 years experience, she knows what she’s talking about. Found the experience embarrassing/ degrading. She repeatedly let the assistant (who was far too pleasant to have such a boss) know that the dress I really liked needed to be ordered in a US size 14 (UK equivalent to a 16-18), even though I have put on no other weight than my bump. Should have been a fun, interesting experience, with me practically begging them to take my measily £1500 in exchange for the stunning dress they showed me, but I left with absolute resolve never to return. Got the slight sense that the owner was a little racist and that she would have preferred me not to have been there. Sorely disappointed!!

In response to your review on Qype Danielle, at Fiorisimo we offer honest and practical advice, our intent was not to offend you in any way; we showed you a range of styles which we knew would look lovely on you as we do for all of our customers. We took into account the fact that you were pregnant with your second child and from our experience of making and altering many garments for pregnant women in the past, we have found that our brides rarely go back to their original size, especially after their second or third child. With regards to our dress size recommendation, our bridal dresses come up slightly smaller than standard high street sizes as it is, and in addition to this we tend always to err on the side of caution when ordering dresses for our pregnant clients, as dresses can be taken in quite easily, but they cannot be made any bigger if our client does not manage to reach their target weight. Race is certainly not an issue in our company, everyone is welcome and furthermore we are a multi-racial business and find that the ethnic diversity within our workforce makes for a far more interesting and stimulating team.
Feedback is always welcome but please don’t miss understand our intentions; our discussion with you was meant as practical advice and not as an insult. I hope that this response will set your mind at rest; we are not short of business and do not need you to return, but you are more than welcome to come back again if you wish.
Up to now we have found that the majority of our customers have been very happy with our advice and service, however; we understand that we cannot please everyone as we would like.
Thank you for the reply. I believe that the feedback I left was 100% honest too. I had high expectations for my visit to Fiorisimo as I was aware that you have a vast amount of experience to your name. I’m not the only pregnant woman to have come to you, so you must be aware of how much a woman at such a time is reliant not only on your expertise, but also your sensitivity. The tone and the obnoxious behaviour is what let you down. I understand that the loss of my custom is but a ripple in the ocean to you, but for me it means a great deal. Every woman wishes to feel like a queen on her wedding day, not like a hopeless lump. With regards to the dress size selection, I was assured on the day that due to the style of the dress there would be no need for alterations, so to be repeatedly told that I would need a size 18 dress, no matter how small that size 18 would come up, still leaves me thinking that something is amiss. I hoped to feel comfortable, welcome and valued as a prospective client at my visit, but it seems that the individual sale is of little importance to you as you are doing so well. Needless to say I will not be back.
Out of all the bridal shops we went to (and we visited alot!) this boutique gave my friend (the bride) and I by far the best experience. The service we received was excellent and we felt comfortable throughout the visit. We were sat down for a chat in the lovely bridal room downstairs where my friend was able to describe what she was after. The designer was there along with an assistant and they suggested dresses which to be honest we would not have picked out ourselves, but they seem to know what they're talking about because my friend looked amazing in them! she's going to have a hard time deciding which one she chooses but we're going to visit them again next week and she will decide then. we definitely recommend them, and after some awful experiences in some other stores, we welcomed the proper service we had expected from all the bridal shops! there are dresses of all styles, shapes and sizes, and for all budgets. (they also have mother of the bride and evening wear) worth a visit!

Great range of dresses, to suit all budgets, from the incredible one-off couture master pieces to the more modest off the peg alternative. With not just bridal but cocktail and evening wear to choose from, this shop is well worth planning a day out to try on some goergeous dresses.
