Le café de la presse, San Francisco

First let me start off by saying this will not be an earth shattering review
we were getting ready for a day of drinking
and Judi was starving
I had walked by Cafe De La Presse a million times
mostly when coming from the Irish bank after a cider of convenience
we walked in (I wanted to sit outside but J was cold)
everyone was very friendly
we were taken to our table ( my only complaint )
which was so close to the other tables that I could barely squeeze in
and the people next to us were having the dullest
most self absorbed conversation I have ever heard in my life
ordered the fresh tuna sand with capers and green beans
and the club which had fresh chicken, avocado and bacon hmmm
split both
Kronenberg for me and I did not split that
service was the fastest of any place I have ever been
literally our food arrived in aprox. 3 minutes.
and it was fantastic
both sandwiches were so fresh and light but def. left us full
