My initial reaction when I first walked in was to run away because the staff each have their own individualistic style with an edge of punk. Not that I’m against being individual or punk, I was just worried that I might end up with pink spiky hair. However, my first impressions were squashed. The staff are brilliant, lovely and talented and there are lots of them. I have had many haircuts with them and the results have always been to my liking. The bonus is that they take on a lot of trainees and offer haircuts for a fiver. Sure, it takes a little longer but considering the price of haircuts these days, it’s worth it. Don’t worry though, as the senior staff always offer their guidance and a beady eye on the trainee cutting your hair. Quite often, if you are lucky enough to have someone who’s never cut hair before, they will just watch and you get a haircut by a senior member of staff teaching them for a ridiculously low price. Brilliant.
