TERRIBLE SERVICE. THEY CHARGED FOR AN ITEM THEY DIDN't HAVE IN STOCK AND DESPITE NUMEROUS REMINDER NEVER REFUNDED IT.

No idea what this place is like in real life but as an online merchant they suck. They don't actually hold in stock any of the gear that they advertise as selling on their website, so you have to wait for them to order it from the manufacturer, process it, and then ship it on to you. Needless to say this is a painstakingly slow process, and they ended up actually cancelling my order since they couldn't guarantee a delivery time. Throughout the process I got a "don't care" attitude from whoever was answering the emails. No idea why they're advertising stuff on their website that they don't actually have in stock.Totally dumb. AVOID.

Terrible service. Ordered an item that was in stock according to their website. However, apparently it had to be ordered in. The item arrived was different from the one ordered, and after much hassle, I returned the guitar. However, the store claimed they had not received the item, despite it being tracked via recorded mail. Then, they appearantly shipped it off to another customer, and it then had to be recalled. Finally, the refund was processed, but the person I spoke to was very unhelpful. I would not recommend dealing with this store.

Once you get past the need to be buzzed into the shop, you will find a really helpful and friendly set of people who genuinely seem to care about you buying the gadget, instrument or accessory that's right for you, no matter what your own level of knowledge (and mine is pretty low...) or budget (ditto...). Highly recommended.
