Ollie’s is often talked about as one of the best chippie’s in London, in fact they just put a banner up outside saying that Tom Parker-Bowles had voted it in his top 5. It is a top-end chip shop with top-end prices. They have a special lunch deal which is fish n’ chips for £6, which is the best offer to go for even though it’s a big old price. Their selection of fish is incredible, and it is very well cooked and their list of extras is also brilliant and includes a lovely calamari. It all comes with some beautiful touches like some salad and bread and butter in a paper bag which really makes it a great chip shop. Customers are treated with utmost courtesy and card payments are accepted which is unusual at a chip shop.
There is a restaurant on one side where they serve the same menu to seated diners which is even more expensive but just as tastey.
