H20 Car Valeting Selfridges (Moor St), Birmingham

Rubbish! been to before and went last week. bad job on my wifes motor, so I sent them an email and they could not even be bothered to reply. see email below.

I dropped my wife’s landrover discovery in yesterday. Reg BT10 FVH
I booked it in for an interior valet only. £50. I was in a rush when I picked it up about 3 hours later and didn’t have time to check the quality of the job. When i got home I had look around and It’s not a very good job at all. No better than I could have had done for about £15 at the local hand wash. Loads of debris down the side of the seat belt clips and under the seats. The windows have just been wiped over and are smudged. The center console hasn’t been done properly either. Basically not very good attention to detail at all. I have took pics if your interested in seeing and i can forward these on to you to see for yourself.

I am in business myself and feel It’s only fair that you hear my opinion on your work. I have used the mailbox site and your site a few times before and i will not be returning and I would not recommend your service’s.

H20 Westfield London. Absolutely appauling customer service from the manager. They lost my details and so I wasn't offered the loyalty £20 off every time you spend £100. Between my self, my wife and my employees vehicles we have spent thousands valeting our cars. We were trialling the company for 6 months as we do with all our suppliers. The actual staff who wash the cars are great. But the manager has no manners, is confrontational, aggressive and completely off putting. I will never use their service again based on his attitude. He certainly knows how to lose customers. Don't expect to be treated like a valued customer. If this is how they treat their customer, who knows what they are doing my cars. The managers attitude always filters down through to the staff. He must treat them like complete dirt if he speaks to customers in the way he spoke to me. It's as if he was on the street wanting to fight me. I remained calm, said go and get my car before it gets washed, drove off knowing I would never return. Lost my custom, my wife's custom, our employee cars custom and my personal high value cars custom. I would never trust them with my personal high value vehicles. I've now found an excellent local London valet service. And employed him full time! Good riddance to H2O!

well it sounds as though this franchise looks after their customers which is more than i can ay for merryhill depot, went back to my car and was so disgusted i complained to the guy, the wheels were filthy,couldnt see out of my windows,very poor,was charged one price and the window ticket gave a lower price,kid tried to clean the wheels with water,had to take my car to place in oldhill and the guys there put the wheel acid on and the wheels came up spotless,they then washed and polished the whole car including the wheels for half the price merryhill took from me,one lady took one look at my car at merryhill and was so amazed at the state of my car said she had changed her mind and walked away.
not the way to run a business,the term rip off britain springs to mind,i cant blame the kids as they are willing to work and are probably on minimum wage,buy still no excuse for shody workmanship.

The H2O car cleaning and valeting services
is a really lovely service that adds to the "high end" feel of the Bullring and Selfridge's "ooh la la".

It's a spectacularly good service - fast and efficient, and, well, clean.

I had a free valet offer, so one day when I needed to do a good deal of shopping at the Bullring, I pulled in and, without having made an appointment (naughty!), asked if they could give me old gel a good seeing to. They were fine with it, took some details down, took my keys, and told me to come back within two hours.

Hoping they wouldn't call the police after realising that there were too many crumpled crisp packages, child-sized handprints and old clothing in the car for me to actually live anywhere other THAN the car, I left it with them and commenced shopping.

I came back two hours later on the dot, and they'd be finished for 15 minutes -- we do love a punctual group of hard-working men.

My voucher had been for a 3-star service, which includes all the trim in the car, a tire service, an outside wash, hand dry and wax, and all the fixings.

The car looked and smelt gooooorrrrgeous, all lemony without being twee, and everything was so clean you could have eaten off of it.

The nicest touch was the newspaper and complimentary rubbish bag left on front seat. What stand-up chaps.

I loved my experience with H20, and will definitely be returning once the kids muck it all up again (so tomorrow, then).

I popped in to town to get my wife a gift and left my car with H2O to valet. H2o did a brillant job, even managed to get out some of the scratches in the paint work. The car has never looked so great. Many thanks for a great service and I will see you soon Scott

I booked my wife's car in for a birthday treat whilst she went shopping. She was really pleased with pride and joy having a "make over". Couldnt fault the clean inside and out nor their hospitality when I was bored of shopping!

Only problem now is my car cleans just arent good enough!

Recently visited Birmingham and noticed a car valeting service in tha car parking area so i decided to treat my car.Staff were very friendly and helpful which was a good start.On my return the car looked immaculate outside which for an older car was an eyeopener.Inside(being a smoker) i couldnt find any "fag" ash or dirty marks on the upholstery and the car smelled cleaner.Many thanks to the guys at H2O for a fantastic service.Well worth the money.Will be recommending to all my friends and family.

I don't normally write reviews but I was so thankful to your company for cleaning all the dog hairs and rubbish out of my car before I picked my friends up from the airport.........it was immaculate and the staff were so friendly and extremely quick. Well done and thanks again.

I had my precious BMW X5 cleaned by the guys at H20 moor street recently and i was amazed!

I had recently been on holiday to the coast and had sand and dog hair all over the boot and back seats! but the team there made the car immaculate, i was thoroughly impressed.

The managment at the site made me feel welcome and the valetors were smartly dressed and very approachable.

I would recommend this service to anyone and i will be returning keep my pride and joy in tip top condition.

Wow - what a service. Friendly staff who know what they are talking about. An outstanding job on my Range Rover which was filthy.
The paintwork was gleaming and god knows how they managed to restore my leather seats to a showroom condition.
Many thanks to Paul and his team - I will definetely be returning there and would seriously recommend them to anyone.
