I knew Chop'd and Mana at Leadenhall markets in the City, so was excited to find they have expanded to the Wharf.
Don't try to find it based on its address - just go to Waitrose (at the underground level) then turn left. it is right below KPMG. Unlike its outlet in the city, tis one does not have tables and is strictly take-away only. Apart from that all is as good as in the city.
I was really pleasantly surprised when I discovered this new place for lnch. The salad portions are really generous and I love it when you get to pick exactly the ingredients you want - refect for a fuss-pot like me! For a fiver you get to pick 5 ingredients to go in with your choice of lettuces, and all the food is really fresh and delicious. There is a good selection of dressings too. The other food all looks really tasty, although I have yet to try it. Big portions of soup with crunchy bread, interesting sandwiches etc. I actually prefer the branch of Chop’d in St Pancras International, but this one is good too.

A place for fresh salad lunch! I love the large selection of ingredients and the mix and match idea for choosing your salad. It is hidden just away from the main shopping area yet there are always long queues in front of this tiny shop in Canary Wharf and I am always one of them!
Quite costly for a lunch though… so sometimes I try to avoid going there and get something cheaper instead.
