Don’t be fooled that Orient Express means oriental food, actually the name comes form the famous long-distance train. Thus the nice and cosy interior of the restaurant inspired by a railroad theme. During my visit the place was surprisingly empty compared to other restaurants in the area, maybe due to relatively high prices. The menu is very short consisting of one page only, which can be seen as an advantage to some and disadvantage to others, however I cannot say anything against the quality of cuisine. Overall not the best place in town, but one worth trying if you are nearby.

Excellent place. Not only the food is great and very, very tasty (Turkey roulade with Parma ham and mozzarella, baked en papillote with mushrooms and chestnuts is one of my faves), but also the interior is impressive. But once you write about this place you can’t forget about the service: amazing, descreet and charming! Beautiful courtyard at the back of the restaurant is worth checking out in the summer.
Lovely place with reasonable prices. Highly recommended.
