7 reviews of Tokyo Disneyland in English
I was lucky enough to stay in the Disney Village with the staff when I visited Disney Tokyo.
My girlfriend at the time was playing snow white in the park so I got to see what actually goes on.
Too many stories to tell, and seeing that Mr Disney might be reading this, better not say anything that will get me in trouble!
Mint park, mint rides, huge area, great shows. My second fav of the lot.
This is the first and as yet only Disneyland I have ever visited and it just makes me want to see the others. I had a wonderful time and packed in as much as I could on the day.
I particularly liked the Small World which was a charming little ride, and of course the character parade in the early evening which was absolutely stunning. I think I was more excited than the children. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place even if you don’t have children because it offers lots to do do throughout the day and is a lot of fun.
Also the staff were very pleasant, despite the language barrier, with lots of smiles and bowing, made us feel very welcome.
Ive never been to any of the other Disney resorts so I cant make any comparison, but I loved it!
All the rides were there, spent all afternoon there and think we say most of it, just in time for the evening parade which was great in the dark with everything lit up.
I am determined to get to the other Disney resorts. Theres an awful lot to do in Tokyo, but try and fit this in too.
There is an evening pass valid from 6pm which is quite cheap. This gives you just about enough time to hit all the major rides and see the fireworks. To be honest unless you have small children a whole day here could be pretty boring!
fun fun fun, make sure you get the fast pass otherwise youll be waiting in lines all day. make sure you dont go in summer because its tooooooooo hot.
It is good to have a nice day out. Always packed so you have to go early morning not to miss all attractions you want to go. Shame thing is you are not allowded to bring your own foods so you even have to make a big que to get foods or drinks there!! Gift shops are massive and everywhere so be careful not to let your children go by themselves and mad for all products!!
Went here a few years back. Prices were good and rides were not as sedate as other disneylands. Some were closed when it started raining though. Queues were not too bad either.
