Royal Albert,
New Cross.

This is an extremely hospitable pub made out of comfortably scruffy settees and plush art deco lamps. Noone will ever fail to feel at home here amid the excellent mix of people, young and old alike complemented by the friendly bar staff.

My girlfriend always opts for the bottled cherry beer that she suggests is the tastiest drink around and they have a good selection of beers on tap. They have also recently started serving a decent selection on food.
