When we approached Vangelis Solutions to recreate our Virtual Retail demonstration server, we had two goals in mind: save money and improve performance.

For a long time, we suffered from poor service, poor IT support, and no preventative maintenance or proactive monitoring. Our server was out of date and many support queries resulted in a "that request is not part of your standard contract" statement.
