“He gave me the confidences to keep our recue dog”

I rescued a Staffy and although at first she got on well with my existing dog on each of the assessment visits it was different when we got home and I didn't feel I had the back-up I need from the very well known organisiation I got her from. Then a freind told me about a guy who had called at her house and we haven't looked back.

Bill and I have worked on several problems arising from both human and canine issues. I love both my dogs and if it wasnt for Bill one of them would have had to go back to the shelter she came from.

We have worked on me having the confidence with the dogs outside and off lead as well as issues of behaviour within the house.

Faith when she arrived was so over active and had no command knowledge. Pulled constantly on the lead so walking was not a pleasureable experience. My girls as I refer to them are now so much happier togeather and a pleasure to walk side by side for miles.

Bill has been there when I needed him, always available on the other end of the phone and if with another client always calls back at the ealist possible moment. It has been so good having someone working with us within the home where these issues arise.

The most important thing is that you never feel that there is a clock ticking he gives his undivided attention to the issue at hand.

I would thoroughly recommend this service.
