A very nice hotel in Santiago’s town centre. The quality of the service is at the level of a luxury hotel. The view from the hall is quite impressive, and might even make you feel a bit dizzy.
The rooms are well laid out and spacious, the king-sized bed is really pleasant, and the view over the town and the surrounding mountains is magnificent, especially at sunset (or sunrise since the jet lag helps you to get up early).
The hotel has two restaurants where the meat is just how I like it, tender and cooked according to your preference (for me beef always has to be barely cooked). I recommend the bife de lomo, and take the opportunity to try some Chilean wine. Breakfast outdoors near the swimming pool provides a nice moment to relax and start your day tranquilly with some real orange juice.
Also consider relaxing around the pool, or having a drink in the bar inside, where you can help yourself to guacamole, cheese and olives.
