This is definately one of the best gyms I ve been a member of - it s so different to the larger clubs where nobody knows who you are - the staff seem to go out of their way to help and make sure you re ok. I mainly do the classes and use the cross trainer in the CV arena.
I have been a member of a few gyms in the past but this, to me, is the friendliest.
The staff are very friendly and the hard-core muscle man section is downstairs and separate from the rest of the gym so you don't feel inadequate lifting much smaller weights than the big-boys :)
