Tried the Yorkshire Chorizo (all three) at the Farmer's Market at Ye Old Sun Inn in Colton last Sunday and found it great stuff - we'll be exporting an Original sample to friends in Surrey in August! Rachael
Chris from Paganum came on our Level 3 Award in Food Safety so I can certainly vouch for the safety of his products! Great idea to have an online butchers selling Yorkshire Dales meat.

As an 18 bedroom B&B we use a lot of Paganum meat and our guests really comment on how fresh and wonderful the bacon and sausage are. Ditto with the steaks and lamb shanks used when we do evening meals. Can highly recommend Paganum and their Yorkshire produce.

The best beef I've ever tasted. We've tried pretty much the full range of products available and found them all to be first class; from steaks, roasting joint through to mince and stewing beef. Also their bacon and sausage are superb; thoroughly recommended.
