Quite close to the Station, this pub is convenient and seemed like a good idea at the time. It’s absolutely huge, but at the same time very daunting. Not having been there before, we didn’t really know where we could sit and where we couldn’t - restaurant versus pub side.
We found a table far too small for our group - but the only one available even though there were about 10 people in the pub, and looked at the drinks menu…
Expensive for even this area. The only good thing - for me, as a South African - is that they served Savannah. We had one quick drink and moved on to greener (and cheaper) pastures.
