Great nights stay although expensive. Worth a visit at least once if in Liverpool. Try combining the magical mystery bus tour.it's superb. Food was good at breakfast although many items were missing from the roomservice list. No milk, tea, coffee, orange juice, yogurt or toast.

I left the hotel with some mixed emotions, being a big beatles fan i found myself having to experience the newest beatles experience in liverpool. Inside the place was decorated with in parts cheap looking things which didnt quite fit but not so much so that i could put my finger on why! Some of the staff were very courteous and helpful though others left a lot to be desired and whilst it wasn’t the cheapest hotel in the world, the amenities were quite good and overall i would say i received decent value for money when you include the whole beatles link which is undoubtedly an asset which adds to the costs. If your a beatles fan then why not try this place.

I stayed here for a long weekend with Beatles fantastic family members visiting from Australia recently.
I appreciate all the hard work they’ve put into this venue - I heard it was nearly a decade in the making - but as others have mentioned here I think they cut corners a bit. Some areas seemed hastily finished - but maybe these were teething problems as I don’t think the place has been open long. But the rooms were lovely and my mum was thrilled with sleeping surrounded by memoribilia of the Fab Four. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable.
The hotel bar and food are really expensive - save your pennies and drink at the Carvern Club around the corner.

Stayed 2 Nights with group of friends over 50s. Perfect position for visiting city centre attractions--everywhere within walking distance so public transport not needed.
Hotel staff very friendly and helpful--leaving bags on early arrival and late departure not a problem.
Obviously a Beatles-themed hotel which is why we chose it. Liked the decor and the memorabilia--quite tastefully done and not over the top. Rooms very comfortable with tea/coffee facilities, reasonable size, nicely designed. Only problem was street noise even on a Sunday night with our rooms being on the front. Try and get a rear room and swap the view for a quieter night.
Didnt eat at hotel as was expensive. Plenty of places nearby--try La Vina tapas bar (few minutes walk) for good food/atmosphere but book ahead at peak times. Breakfast at Cafe Rouge in Met Quarter for good food and special deals.
We found the bar service good but the bar itself was dimly lit-a little too much! Prices as per hotels--dearer than local bars and closed early! Plenty of nearby options but Mathew st gets very crowded at weekends.
overall we really enjoyed our stay and hope to return sometime.

As a big fan of The Beatles, I had been looking forward to visiting this much-hyped hotel, but was rather disappointed. We popped in for a drink in the hotel bar on a visit to Liverpool. The staff were unhelpful and the extremely expensive cream tea we ordered was very small and not as advertised in the menu. Much of the artwork in the hotel is pretty terrible and the finish is cheap looking in places.
