Well to be honest the first time i went to toni and guy was when i got a free haircut off of them, as part of a fashion show. the trainee cut my hair then and it turned out really great and straight no doubt but i felt like the hairdressers lacked the banter of the usual haircutters that i have. the atmosphere was chop chop and get them out of there. The professional cuts are more expensive but their banter and relaxed feeling is better. they do mens and womens hair and they have many styling products you can also purchase at the hairdressers
