I am a bit picky about my champagne and so when I was served a bottle of almost warm champagne, I was a bit surprised to say the least. We had to leave it in the ice to shill properly.

The bar was full of after-work parties and it was hard to think let alone hear my friend.

While it serves this edge-of-soho crowd well, the picky among us were not amused.

Amuse Bouche is a champagne bar. I was bit surprised there was no baby sham sparklers or dancing girls or even drunken people celebrating. There was a quiet interior and a formally dressed man at a counter surrounded by bottles of bubbly.
Lighten up a bit Amuse! For gods sake. We knows it going to be a expensive pleasure, but such stiffness is only acceptable in funeral parlours
