I am terribly sorry to hear of the unpleasant experience you describe in this review. It was upsetting to read that not only were vulnerable customers let down but the customer service provided afterwards was completely unacceptable too.
We wish to inform you that Mr Hussain has left the company with immediate effect. Sky Cabz, now operating under new ownership, wishes to take any complaint of this nature very seriously. Please be assured any other members of staff found to be compliant in this incident will also be reprimanded appropriately.
