Really enjoyable classes which I feel great afterwards and for days after too! Nice studio, really convenient if you work in the city centre. I've been going to Clara's classes for a while and think she is a great teacher so highly recommend them. She recently taught my friend pregnancy yoga and some of the breathing techniques were soooo useful during her labour so another good review! Highly recommend anyway.
