We have been using Fresh for IT support and email hosting for 2 years and have found them to always be helpful. We started using them because they explain what they are doing in terms we understand. We love how you are given an IT manager who is always contactable. It has meant that we dont have to worry about backing up files and what is the best software to push our business forward. We used to work in Soho but have moved further out now however they have continued to get out to us quickly when we have had server problems. All my guys have said they are grateful to the Fresh team on many occasions.
Only one negative, we didnt get a XMAS card this year although they did send someone out on XMAS Eve so we forgive them!
