TJS Service

This company is truly abominable. We have a Lincat SLR9 6-burner oven for our pub business, the engineer, James, has replaced the thermostat THREE times in the last year, and on the last appointment advised us the part would be returned to the manufacturer for replacement under warranty which would mean our next appointment would be FOC. When called out for the FOURTH time (black acrid smoke and wires melting in the oven), an appointment before Christmas wasn't kept, and appointment in between Christmas and New Year wasn't kept, and another appointment for today wasn't kept, and when I asked why, I was told if I wasn't happy I should go and get another company to do the job. Which I have now done. Please be warned people, this company, TJS, is unreliable, expensive, unprofessional and I have my doubts now as to their ability. Our pub has been left over the busy Christmas and New Year period with no working oven, had I known just how badly they would let us down obviously I would've gone elsewhere from the beginning, but they have had a four-figure sum from us and it seems they feel they don't need any follow-up business from us. Unfortunately the star system above doesn't allow no stars, so I have had to click on 1-star, but they don't merit that.
