Holistico is the word for this place…
And I only mean the food. I didn´t get a chance to get into anything else but I won´t hesitate in recomending it to anyone. Great initiative. The library also has a great selection of books, with lots of useful information, great insight.
Try the berenjena with cheese..
Centro Holistico offers a relaxing ambience in which to enjoy natural foods, yoga sessions or simply explore an eco-friendly experience. The 100% organic restaurant serves gorgeous homemade vegetarian food - pizza, crepes, pasta, quiches and bakes. There is a separate lunch and dinner menu and a programme of live music. At the back of the restaurant there is a library and shop, and the recently extended area next door offers a selection of yoga classes for the beginner or enthusiast, with child classes also on the timetable. The holistic centre will also be offering a range of other complimentary disciplines from the summer onwards.
