Excellent food, excellent value for money and excellent staff.

A true favourite of mine, a Glasgow institution that has been transported from its original location on Ingram St and has reappeared on Queen St, minus the conveyor belt. What it has lost in moving apparatus it has certainly gained in charm, as the Express version, with its wooden benches and red lanterns, feels authentic and inviting. With sushi and sashimi (raw strips of fish) this good, its hard to even look at the rest of the menu. But look you must. Try the lightly battered tempura at least. Now open until the early hours of the morning at weekends, you have no excuse not to give it a go.
