we meet with a couple of friends there who really like hummus and they had visited it before. for me it wad the first hummus restaurant.i had a small portion of the hummus champignon. you get with it some lemon juice and spicy paprika “sauce“ as well as prickles, olives, onions and for sure bread (pita).for drinks they have freshly made juices (e.g. carrot-orange-ginger). so the food is really to oily for me but it is also no real evening meal, more like a snack, even the big portion.so the taste for food and drinks was average. the service was nice as well as the cappuccino.but it was all the time really cold there. in conclusion food/drinks OK,service nice and friendly but really cold room I would like to give 3.5 stars. If you like hummus you definitely have to go there once and taste for yourself, if not you don't loose anything.

I generally lead a slovenly and unhealthy life. I like living this way, but every once in a while I have a come-to-Jesus moment when I see the light (however dim) to change my ways and have at least one nutritious meal.
I was down on my knees on Husemannstr. and when I looked up, there was Zula. I took it as a sign, so I went in, ordered a sandwich and fulfilled my penance. The hummus was velvet smooth and the pita was pitacious.
I love falling into the I-had-a-healthy-meal-that-allows-me-to-eat-junk trap. Sorta like being born again...weekly.

The hummus is probably the best in Berlin. I read on ToyTown it is the same guy who once had the legendary place on Kastanienallee and went checking. I couldn't recognise that guy, but the Hummus is absolutely amazing.
The waitress is very nice, and there's a corner for the kids outside the restaurant.
Bathroom is clean, and there are also magazines to read.
