If i could leave no star i would because noble travel are scammers and need to be shut down by the police and the airlines should do something to stop them from booking their flights as they are giving them a terrible reputation. They pretend to book the ticket for a certain price then call back to ask for more money after you have paid. If you wish to cancel they will ask for a very high cancellation fee which leaves you with no option but to pay the additional amount asked. This is a scam site that needs to be shut down.

I made a reservation with Get Cheap Tickets for a flight and paid £50 to Robert. He said that on a payment of £50 he will reserve my seat with Emirates Airline and also hold the price at £798. I paid the initial £50 via debit card. He forward me an invoice for the remaining £748. He assured me that on payment of the balance £748 he will issue my ticket and that my flight was already booked. He asked me to pay the balance to Noble Travel. I did a bank transfer to the account details that he provided (Bank Name: LLOYDS TSB,Account Title: Noble Travel, A/c No.: 29 99 99 60, Sort Code: 77 19 46.

Once they had received the full payment, they sent be another invoice for £191 with no explanation instead of issuing my ticket as promised. I was furious and asked why they had sent me an invoice instead of a ticket? The gentleman I spoke to got nasty and put the phone down on me. This is so frustrating as I am due to fly out in two days time and I have no tickets or confirm booking with Emirates despite paying them £798. They are now refusing to refund my money and keep putting the phone down on me.

Please be aware and do not let them get away with this. Report them to Action Fraud on 0300 1232040 or the SFO. You will get a reference number that you can take to your bank fraud department and request a refund.

The Director is Abdul Salam Malik of 34 Christchurch Road, Ilford Essex IG1 4QZ.

Does anyone know how to get money back from these people? My wife gave money to these people and they do not appear to have bought tickets. She used bank transfer. Update: Since got her money back minus £50 deposit which she was told they will put back onto her card since they failed to book the flight they promised. See reply to comment on this for details on what happened.

Please I would be very grateful if you could send me the details of the bank your wife has paid the money into just to correlate this with the NATWEST account I have for this fraudsters.

  • bwanajg, 13 February 2013:

My wife paid the money into a Lloyds account. She has now got her money back except for the deposit of £50 which she is still waiting for onto her card. She provided the agent with her bank account number and sort code in a last effort for them to pay the money back which they did. They are also calling themselves Noetic Travel. It took about a week of phoning the agent every day to get her refund insisting she did not want any other flight than the one she had booked with them, which they did not pay for. I advise if this does not work for you then go to the police and trading standards. Wish you the best.

Hi Guys. I feel really bad about what these guys are doing. They are really spoiling the reputation of genuine Travel Agents. Please please check the credentials of the agents before booking and demand a genuine UK address and if need be visit them. These guys are sitting in Pakistan duping people for their hard earned money. I always use Frontline Travel in Kings cross, Central London. I would highly recommend them

Review of Noble Travel & Money Exchange from 24 December 2012
(updated on 25 December 2012 )
As I read all the other reviews my blood has literally gone cold and I feel nearly physically sick. My story started on the 26th of November 2012, where I was searching for 2 tickets for flights to Nigeria for the 23rd of December. I came across noble travel and called the 0207 number, thinking it was local. I spoke to a gentleman called HARRY and was told that the one way ticket would cost £525 and my return ticket would cost £990. I was told to pay a £30 deposit by debit card. The following day I was told to pay for my sons ticket which was £525 directly into the there bank account. I paid the money on the 27th of November and was told the £30 deposit was towards my ticket, however I should not pay anymore until my sons ticket was issued. I started to call nearly everyday for my sons ticket to be issued so could I pay for mine. Finally one day a few days before the 23rd I was told the Airline had blocked the ticket. So then began my journey of trying to rebook another ticket on another airline. To cut a long story short, I realised that getting my money back was a waste of time so I decided to ask them to book Virgin Atlantic I was now given a date of the 29th of December by a man called MAX I was told to pay another £290 for my sons ticket, which I did this morning I advised that I would not be paying for mine until I saw a physical ticket confirmed. When the ticke,t was sent to inbox I called up virgin and they said the ticket existed in my Sons name etc, however as it was purchased through an Agent they were limited in the information they could see. After hearing from virgin, I felt more confident to go ahead and pay the remaining £845 for my ticket. As soon as I paid I called up to inform them. However the number did not work, so i tried an alternative number. I was told the person I was dealing with was out. It seems that no one else could deal with the query. I was finally asked how much had I paid etc, I told them a total of £1690. I was told the ticket would be issued in an hour. After some time I called back Virgin, again and they told me there are reservations made with our names but no tickets have been issued that the tickes needs to be ticketed that once ticketed, I would get a number starting with '932' and that I should ask the agents for the ticketed number. When I called back the agents, I asked for the gentleman called MAX who I was dealing with and they said he will be back in 30 minutes. They asked for my name I told them and they said the tickets have been issued, I now mentioned I spoke to Virgin who told me they said they had not been issued. He said I should wait for Mr MAX who had sold me the tickets, so here I am am waiting to call back. (Once I hear back from them I will let you know how I got on) Well I just spoke to the agents again and they told me the tickets have been issued, I laughted and said thats not true as I spoke to Virgin. Mr Max said it is in the system and they would be ready the next day, I said thats a lie, because that is what I was told since the 29th of November that he needs a new excuse. I finally told him I need a ticket number and if not the tickets in the system would be cancelled. I even went as far as saying that if it is scam, just tell me at least I would stop wasting my time and move on with my life. He said He would call me back at 18:30 tonight .... The journey continues.....Well 18:30 has come and gone, I have called both there numbers and they just ring away. Merry Christmas - I called up virgin and they said the tickets are in the system, I called up Noble Travel and this time they picked up the phone. I spoke to the Person I had dealt with called Harry from the very begining. He asked if I recieve my email confirmation I said I just saw it, He said the tickets had been issued , I told him I spoke with virgin and that though it was in the system they said it needs to be ticketed. He said "my friend that it would be done the next day" I replied "thats what I have been told continously before", I said the airline said they will cancel the reservation soon so saying the next day is not possible, he now said that by 12 midday the tickets will be confirmed... he now added merry christmas and a God Bless you....... Well I called back at midday not knowing what to expect. As soon as I called I was told had I not checked my in box, so I checked my inbox. In the inbox was an Email from their office. The tickets had been issued. So I again called Virgin to check it out and this time they said the ticket had been ticketed. I was amazed and over whelmed as I thought I had lost my £1700. The truth is; I honestly felt these guys planned to defraud me and if not for God they would have. A couple of friends had been praying and I am really thankful it is all over for now. I have learnt a lesson to only use an agent I know and trust or go direct through the airline. On the whole I had to pay and extra £175 and travel 6 days later but I am grateful, I can now travel. Yes I have missed Christmas with my family which is bad enough but I get to see them over the New Year.

Please stay away from them. They are fraudulent. we paid for a ticket in full and waited form them to issue the ticket. When I didnt hear from them the next day, I called to check. After many calls, a particular man call victor picked the phone and the boss is not around and i should call later. follwoing several calls, the company confirmed my money and stated i need to add more money also we cannot travel with the same airline we originally booked. Infomed them to refund the money which he, threatening to cut the phone. He asked me to call back in three days which am still wating. Police has been informed, which i was told is civil case, Trading standard agency also informed which i was given the reference number, How more can this pple be expose need an answer.

Please stay far away from these so-called travel agents. They are dubious and fraudulent. I booked my flight with them and paid the full amount for the ticket and they refused to send my ticket. After calling numerous times, they finally told me that the ticket price had increased and I had to pay 70 pounds extra. This was definitely a lie because I checked on the actual website of the airline and the price was still the same.

The man I spoke to was so rude and so nasty and even dropped the phone on me. Please NEVER EVER do business with this people. I would have given them a 0 star if that option was available. They are unethical and dubious! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

I went to the address in Stratford yesterday 03/10/12 and it does not exist. They have listed Stratford E15 as the nearest Station for an E17 Walthamstow postcode. I also got a friend to ring them and ask for their address they dropped the phone on her. I booked two seperate flights for 10 ppl with them and the story is the same as yours. I have already reported them to the Office of Fair Trading 08457224499 and Consumer Advice 08454040506. My next move is to report them to Watchdog. I would advice you all to do the same so they can investigate and close Noble Travel and all is associates business (bright sun) etc down. You can email to report at enquires@oft.gsi.gov.uk Pls get in touch with me my name is Bose should you wish to speak to me as I would do everything possible to make sure justice is served.

  • Kfas, 9 November 2012:

AC, I have just been scammed by Noble Travels. I paid a deposit of £50 via my credit card for an air ticket to Abuja and paid another £690 into their HSBC account. 3 days after making the payments, i got another invoice from them informing me that the price has gone up and that i should make a payment of £135. I refused and demanded a refund and i was told that i have to make a cancelation fee of £175 for me to get a refund.

This is something i never imagined could happen. Please let us work together to put an end to these fraudulent activities. I have already informed my card provider and changed my credit card but the challenging part is getting the £690 from the fraudsters.

  • CucuE, 20 November 2012:

Where do I start? I have wrtten to WATCHDOG, ActionFRAUD(internet fraud police) gone to the police and told TRADING STANDARDS. your amounts are not much compared. I trusted Allen Wood that I introduced 2 of my friends as we all planned to travel to Douala, Cameroon. One of them had completed her fare of 850pounds and the other had already paid 750pounds. I was buying for my daughter and I that is 2 adult tickets. I had paid 1.150pounds when the email hit me that SNBrussels had cancelled the flight. I contacted SNBrussels who said the could see the booking but my agent had cancelled. Now we are going back and forth. I can’t believe the UK can allow such roug traders to be scamming people. This is when other countries police would have squashed them from the face of the internet, but as the saying goes in UK the Law is an ass. I do not know who they have to scam again before something is done, maybe Mr. Cameron himself. Wakeup UK these theives are taking over your country. You will soon have no say in what they do, why will alcaida not flourish, this is where and how they get their funds.
The are targetting Africans and Asians please be aware even searching reputable airlines, those numbers that poop up are them. The operate as in my case under, CROWN, FRIENDS TRAVEL AND NOBLE TRAVEL. UNFORTUNATELY YOU WILL SEE THIS PAGE ONLY AFTER YOU HAVE BEEN SCAMMED LIKE MYSELF.
i AM BENT ON FOLLOWING THIS TO THE END AS MY CHRISTMAS HAS BEEN RUINED BY THESE HEARTLESS LOWLIVES.
The story of refunds is the same with cancellation fees and non-refundable deposit.
Just a thought: Are these airlines not aware to also stop allowing these people use their names? Any help? as I am also building up a case. They need to stop them. Today is 20th, I was meant to fly on the 14th Dec. its looking ever increasingly unlikely as fare have doubled now to !.600pounds with some companies even SNBrussels who can see I have booked in April 2012.

  • Olori1978, 22 November 2012:

I share your pain, this people needs to be thought a lesson. I cannot believe this is hapening in Great British. Someone told me if we can get their Toil Number it will be helpful. I lost £2,140. in one day.

I've just experienced the same thing with them. I paid for a tcket, and they emailed me saying that the airline was overbooked, and that I should send my bank details to them , so they could refund my payment. I've called over 5 times, and I've been getting different excuses e.g internet is down, the natwest server is slow, it's been paid, etc - bottom line is that I am still waiting. The worst part is that the price of the ticket I wanted to purchase has gone up by over £250 on all other reputable websites e.g opodo, expedia etc. I advice you to NEVER EVER deal with this fraudulent company. If I don't get my money by COB today, I will be involving the Police.

To everyone out there, please do not go a thousand mile near these set of companies operating as dot.com(Noble travel, getcheaptickets etc). I missed my flight with KLM to lagos for the 02/07/12 and logged on to arik air to make an alternative arrangement. Got the phone contact for this crooks flashing as the number to call, made the call and booked  to fly arik at 10.05pm same day. I made payment for the £549 quoted for me to Natwest bank noble travel(sort code 01-10-01) then left Edinburgh for london heathrow to catch  arik air.
After I confirmed payment to these guys they sent a mail to me requesting me to pay the balance of £200 before I can get a ticket. After much phone conversation, they told me they will cancel the ticket booking. I arrived at the airport to make a new arik ticket purchase at 8.30pm to be able to fly.
Now back to the UK I requested for a refund but they want £175 for cancellation fee.
If you must have to deal with this guys, please make it official, just email, no phone conversation. let the price quote be an email before you make payment.
I am building a case against them and would need as much info as I can get.
They do not deserve any star

The truth is that this company is just floating as the dot com. company. they have a link here in the UK but can not be traced for now. They do not have an ATOL no. nor IATA membershipship as far as I know even though the logo are clearly printed on their letter headed document.
Can I suggest that we all build a singular case against them.

Hi godspoweroboido, I hope you are well. I was scammed by noble travels on the 31st of January 2013. I was conned of 700 pounds. I was told they had reserverved a seat with Kenya airways, when I rang them as I had not received my tickets as we agreed, I was asked whether I wanted to travel with BA. What do you think will happen? Do you think I will get my money back?God bless you.

  • godspoweroboido, 12 February 2013:

Hey any success so far? Did you get your money back….my brother was almost conned, but got his ticket at the last minute……these guys are one of the biggest fraudsters in the UK. We could track them down. I can get the different addresses they used in registering their domains. Once this is done, I can email you the location of their addresses. So far, I have pictures of a residential address linked with them in Manchester, another address in Leeds. They seem to live in Leeds and I have proofs that’s their address…..From the emails they send out to victims, they use a Pakistani IP [which they do, to cover their location in UK]…..the guys defrauding you are muslims, most likely from Pakistan…. you can reach me at kingpowerunited@yahoo.com I’m currently away from the UK till June….you can ring me on my Russian number, if you need to: +79878123095 let me know how i can help you track these thieves down…getting their secret undisclosed information [like pics of their residential apartment and address] could prove useful in getting the police to look for them.

Get cheap tickets, Nobel travel, r fraud scammers. On the 13th Feb 13, spoke to a guy called Robert, he quoted a return ticket from LHR to Abuja, for £495. On d 14/2/13 he got £50 off my debit card & requested I pay d remaining by d 15/2/13 but i said I will transfer d remaining same day, 14/2/13 to:
    Bank: Lloyd TSB, Agent name: Noble Travel, A/c: 29 99 99 60, s/c: 77-19-46

On d 15/2/13, A guy called Roy left me a msg, he claimed I didn’t meet a deadline 5.00 clock on d 14/2/13 (which never was raised nor apply to me) he requested for £130 more.
Their MNGR muhammed Ali, said they r sorry & trying to help me but I have to pay £130, I was furious. I told my bank but they claimed I transferred £445 myself but d £50 was paid to “Casablanca” d name that came up on their screen will be returned.

Reported to Action fraud, Barclays fraud, Tel banking team but they can’t retrieve d money. My bank said they could check where d money is gone in 24hrs time.
The police, fraud team need to shut d website down immediately

Alert: their identity r misleading, the names quotin to us r not theirs. But I do know they r Asians.

    Hi there,
sorry it has taken me this time to get back to you. I have been very busy. To cut the story short, today, I received my last £50. I got my £645 on the 12 of Feb 13. This was the money I had tranferred into their bank account. Since then, I have been chasing them for my remaining £50, but they kept giving me excuses. I contacted my bank and they were able to get my money. I have received it today. I had reportrd this case to police fruad, but after one month, I received a lettertelling me that my case would not be followed up as they assessed it and they did not feel they needed to investigate , what a waste of my time. That’s why these people are conning people, they know the police will not be bothered. I am so so lucky I got my money back, I feel sorry for others who will find themselves in the same trap as I was. I wish there is a way we could warn others. Its a shame the police are doing nothing.
I fought for my money myself, no one helped me, no body was willing to listen to me, Llyods bank were very un sympathetic un kind and very un friendly. I athank God , I got my money back, every penny.
The lady who sold me the ticket is no longer working for that company, I think she was new and she did not realise how they work, now when she asked for my refund, they did not like it. whether she left or they got rid of her, there I can’t say, but she is not working there any more.
We worship a living God. Thank you for your encouragement. Take care and keep up the good work.
    God bless you.

I have just had the same experience. I booked tickets for 12 people. I paid a deposit of £5K and had a balance of £5K. They hit me with an extra £500 and told me there was tax increase whatever!!!. They changed my dates etc. They are a call centre in India and don't even appreciate the trust we put in service providers. They don't share our values at all and be warned, you will lose money if you deal with them. They don't listen to you, they have no customer skills, they don't even have appropriate communication skills for a call centre.

Stay away be warned

hi Guys sorry you have fallen foul to these crooks, I had to go through my Credit card company, as you are covered by a distance selling act if you pay by credit card and the client fails to delivery on the product or service, or below quality. The bank does an automic revesal, and they can deal with the bank. I was hit by the £100 non refundable.

Alternatively as well, I think they should be reported to trading standards or air ticket ombdusman. They really cant continue to trade like this. I think they know they can get away as most of their target clients (african & asians) wont bother going the extra mile to make an official report.

Please stay away from them. They are fraudulent. I paid for a ticket in full and waited form them to issue my ticket. When I didnt hear from them the next day, I called to check. After many calls, a particular man came on the phone and shouted at me, threatening to cut the phone. He says that as he could not confirm payment the previous day (i made the payment!), the ticket has increased by £300 pounds!! ( in less than 12 hours).

I requested to have my money back but they wont give it back saying it is at their manager's discretion.

They do not deserve 1 star,

Nikky

hi Guys sorry you have fallen foul to these crooks, I had to go through my Credit card company, as you are covered by a distance selling act if you pay by credit card and the client fails to delivery on the product or service, or below quality.

Please don’t touch with a 10 foot pole. Very fraudulent with sharp practices. I was made to give even 1 star as i couldnt leave it blank. The should have minus 10 stars.

I was looking for arik air on google, and their link came up as arikair (possibly to draw clients in). To search for flights, my email address and telephone number was required, and I thought it’s because Arik air is a african airline with their perculiar ways of doing things.

when you click on search, it says you would be contacted soon. By then i knew it couldnt be Arik air. This was all late at night, so i thought i would put it off till the next day beofre searching for more flights.

I was contacted by noble the next day and called over 20 times within an hour. I noticed a persuasion to commit even though I was on and about and didnt have access to a computer to verify the flight itinerary. Going with the flight figures I was told on phone and an agreed dates i requested i paid a deposit of £200. Only for me to check the itinerary to discover that the my departure date was a 2 days out.

In addition to this, their maths just didnt add up. They claim their is a 3% charge for paying by credit card, but when u r sent a link to complete payment its a few ££s over. This sends alram bells ringing on the whole authencity of the actual flights and the company.

Their agents are typical asain men with egos; shouting down at me to listen to him, quick to lose their temper on their customers and raising their voices as if they were scolding a child. They have a non refundable cancellation charge of £100 (for a family of 4). I went for that option rather than stand their behaviour.

I know this would be a norm for their business and they experience such everyday with their clients, but if I can save on person for this fradualent, hard sellers then I am happy.

Pls can you contact me as I am building a case against them

  • 8ate, 25 July 2012:

That makes the two of us. I am presently building a case against them as well. Had a terrible experience with them. They are not fit to be in this business.

Let me know if you need any info. Some of the info uncovered by me are:

http://whois.webrankstats.com/whois/nobletravel.co.uk – this shows that Mr Fazal in the owner of the company that received money on behalf of cheapticketcorner and bright travel

http://company-director-check.co.uk/director/916401756 – this shows that Mr Fazal is the owner of the company that has contacted me this week again, but they claim not to know anything about noble travel and bright travel

Thanks very much ,I would need as much info as I can get. There are so many trading names coming up and I would need to really sieve through them.
Did you pay money to the bank? If yes, which bank?
I should be able to go a lot further if I can track this rogue to the bank.
    Thanks.

I paid to a Natwest Bank. I reported them to my MP and the bank. I received part of my money bank. Unfortunately the police cant help cos they send stupid forms to victims to fill. Implying it is a civil dispute!!!

Anyway, let me know if you need more information

  • 8ate, 26 July 2012:

Thanks, The same Natwest bank. I paid £549 and later asked me to pay additional £200 for the booking. I have spoken with the MP, it is a civil dispute as I have been told. Anyway I am bent on this. £175 less my money is what he wants to refund. Please send as much as possible.

I am afraid that is how they (Noble Travel) operate. I logged a complaint with action fraud. What I would suggest is that you open a new case and then add mine too. I will also get more people from another review site to join in the complaint

  • 8ate, 26 July 2012:

Thanks , that will really help.

@ 8ate – please create you own review too, so they have more negaitve reviews

  • Nikky2806, 26 July 2012:

That is a good idea. Also send us private messages so we can provide you with more information to build your case.

@ topsie, you are so right that they target Asians and Africans. In our being overprotective, we do a bank transfer instead of credit card transaction (like you did). Probaby because most of us do not have credit cards? With money transfer, the banks cannot help.

I found this on another review website:
    http://www.reviewcentre.com/reviews261927.html.

Not to sound racist, the company is basically run by Asian men and all good comments are written by Asians, probably themselves!

I really want to get them sorted because 2 days after my ordeal, my friend and my aunty almost fell victims again
