Josephine’s cafe is hard to find within the Covered Market as you get to it by going upstairs, but it is worth the search.
The interior funky decor was clearly inspired by Roger Hargreaves and his Mr Men! - colourful, bright, happy and big flowers.
The food is not cordon bleu, but you get a great choice homemade soups, brownies, stuffed potato skins, nachos, etc. It is quick and good.
The atmosphere is the best thing about the place - people sitting, chatting, drinking hot chocolates and laughing.
