Zara, as a store, stocks a good range of work and casual basics. I'm not a big fan of their shirts as they tend to be difficult to iron, but the blazers looks as if they'd function well in a formal office setting, and their bags seem very much on-trend. The shoes have regularly popped up in style features, but, having tried one pair on, am baffled as to why anyone would think they're comfortable. Still, maybe that's just me.
I visited this store once after having spotted a really nice t-shirt dress in a broadsheet style feature. I wasn't able to locate it anywhere in the store and asked one of the sales assistants for help. I described it and she went off to the storeroom to see if it was there. She managed to locate it after a bit of searching. As it turned out, it was so new, it hadn't even made it onto the floor yet. It mustn't have been easy looking for something you haven't seen before. I was definitely impressed by that!
For me, the only clothes i can ever get to fit me properly are tailored clothes, versace and D&G. When i dont fancy paying high prices, the next best store is Zara. The clothes are made to fit and fit well. It has obviously spent alot of time looking at people and designing clothes that fit a wide range of people, and for someone like me, who likes to wear fitted clothes, Zara is one of my first ports of call. This Zara has a decent changing room, although its always got a queue on a saturday, although i never need it. The range of clothes mean that if i want a fitted top, i only have to look at the label and i know it will fit well. Definately recommended for those who want expensive looking clothes at a decent price.
