Edinburghs first Roller Derby Team, this is ideal for women 18+ to join. They train on a monday at the Crags Sports Centre from 20:00-22:00 and this sport will get you fit whilst you have so much fun you don’t even notice the time passing! In fact you’ll be disappointed when practice ends. Rollerskates (quad skates) are a must, as is full protective gear. The girls are all friendly and women of all ages, shapes and backgrounds are involved. Each practice costs £4 and the girls try to promote a good social aspect to the team aswell. Quite often they can be found behind the bar, or drinking in Bannermans. ARRG!
