Its okay
The spa isnt very clean like you would expect and stuff was broken everywhere.
Its pricey too
Staff couldnt fit me in for other treatments but the treatment rooms were pretty much empty and the staff seemed to be doing nothing !

My sister and I took my mum here for a spa day and it was excellent. We got a really good deal - I think it was £79 pp for a 30 minute treatment, full use of the gym/spa facilities, a three course evening meal and bed and breakfast. It might have gone up this year but it's still great value if you can get a deal as the rooms are pretty swanky and the spa is well kitted out. It's a great place for a relaxing weekend. I'd recommend it for a pre-wedding pamper or a jaunt with friends - you could always send your male counterparts off to try the golf course if they don't fancy a facial...Oh, and the food is good too - well presented and tasty and the wines aren't too expensive either. Plus there are plenty of choices at breakfast if you're still hungry in the morning! I'd definitely go again.

attended a family wedding here last weekend. all good - food, service, decor and facilities general high standard. only slight complaint was that there was another wedding on in the hotel, and their music could be heard in our quieter bar area. didn’t detract from our celebrations too much, and everything ran like clockwork. would recommend for large celebratory events.

Have played here several times, really excellent short course and a great restaurant too. A hidden gem for golfers looking to escape from some of the other more famous championship courses around Liverpool.

Just enjoyed a fantastic spa day here. A bargain of £99 for all day relaxing and having wonderful treatments by very experienced staff. The food was lovely and very healthy. We enjoyed the robes and slippers too. The fittings are new and clean. The location is spacious and bright. Just a short stroll from the spa is the pool. The jacuzzi and steam room were glorious too. The pool is half size but still you can exercise well. A great day out and very relaxing.

I never played on the course here (I’m no way good enough) but I have played on the driving range and eaten in the restaurant.

The Golf Driving range is great, very well maintained and with plenty of bays. People practicing here are generally very friendly and always will to give you a few tips on your swing. The staff in the shop are also very help full and lessons with the resident PGA are always good.
