I had a terrible experience with Adams and Co. Firstly, I bought a Living Social deal which offered full bikini waxing as one of the treatments. When I called to book myself in, they told me they were not qualified to do the full bikini (I wanted Brazilian), so it was going to be only a normal bikini waxing. I broke my toe, so I called to try and reschedule, but it was closed (as you would, on a Sunday) but there was no answer machine available to leave my message. As I was feeling better, I decided to go, but the address on google was wrong (that was my mistake really for not looking at their website, and as I only had the upper part of the voucher, where it doesn't show the address). After 40 min trying to find the place, I rang to say that I gave up, and I wasn't offered to reschedule the appointment, according to their 48 hours rescheduling policy. I Was fine with it being cancelled and me loosing my money, but when I was trying to explain about the lack of answer machine, the wrong directions online, etc, the lady on the was not nice and fought back everything I said. I told her I was just giving her feedback which could help improve their APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE.
