Possibly the worst main dealer experience ever! I think Nissan are a great marque but poor quality dealers like Beadles really leave you thinking why I should ever buy Nissan again.
Awful quality workmanship, the worst customer service and sky high bills are what I came across when I had my brand new Qashqai in for repair.
Will travel an extra hour next time to avoid this lot.

regretably I have to agree with this comment – not sure about the workmanship as what was done was under warranty but customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced, not a patch on other main dealers I’ve dealt with such as Seat, Mitsubishi, VW.
Will be looking for the next nearest dealer for future servicining.
