Great Haloumi!

ahh…the joys of peanut sauce. people really love this place solely for that reason, it seems. i find the popular ‘nil chicken’ to be average at best, the chicken itself is a bit rubbery and honestly it’s the Aswad aubergine salad/paste which is the hidden gem of this place. i prefer it in the Fohl (mashed beans) sandwich, which also has feta cheese. i find the taste combination a lot more pleasing in the Fohl sandwich than the others, especially the Tamiya (falafel) which is extremely bland. i wasn’t going here much until i tried the Fohl, now i’m a regular. watch your clothes, these sandwiches are messy!

This is one of the best options in the area. I love Nil and have eaten there about 4 times already. The food is simple but very flavourful and inexpensive. This place easily beats the other fast choices.
