The high level of service and professionalism I have experienced in my encounters with 365 computers over the past 4 years has unquestionably exceeded any pre-set expectations I may have had. As a family run company 365 computers offers the consumer a personal touch you don’t often experience with the high street conglomerates. I have now purchased 2 Dell laptops at 365 and, with both I have never encountered any known problems. Further to this the team have always been on hand to provide an abundance of informative advice in addition to affordable upgrades and servicing.
As a last footnote I was a victim of robbery this year when I had my laptop stolen from my belongings overnight. With the initial progress in tracking down my possessions being quite slow, I naturally conceded that I would struggle to see my laptop again. However thanks to the IT support software implemented by 365 on the bought system, the unaware thief’s in attempting to use the computer were located on the stores support network. The subsequent details were then passed onto the police and my laptop was consequently returned to me. During this entire debacle 365 went beyond the call of duty, ensuring myself and the police was regularly updated and, even lending me a temporary laptop so I could continue with my studies. For this I will always be eternally grateful. I strongly recommend 365 computers to any consumer, I can assure that every purchaser will leave fulfilled.

Fantastic service! I took my crashed laptop in to 365-computers last week, expecting to hear the worst. A few days later and I have it back as good as new, every kb of data recovered and transferred, a new hard drive popped in, Windows 7 AND McAfee security – all carried out with a smile and at an exceptionally reasonable price! I’m so grateful I’m almost speechless. Thanks guys!!!

Can only praise the business for its' professionalism and willingness to attend to any personal difficulties, however small or fiddly - was happy to upgrade my PC a couple of years ago with no problems, and only contacted them recently on a personal matter re transferring photos from my ( very old ) camera mobile to PC. Solved the situation happily with no difficulty.

I have been having a lot of pop-ups regarding a security alert on my laptop so when someone telephoned me and said he was from Microsoft and as I had been having problems with my security on my laptop I believed him and let him into my laptop

After nearly 30 minutes and his asking me how much I paid to BT every month I became suspicious, I then asked if he was selling anything, his reply was

‘I am offering you a solution’ I then said ‘I think you are wasting my time’ whereupon I finished the conversation.

It was then in front of my eyes, he wiped everything off my laptop, all icons, files and photographs and I didn’t know how to retrieve them.

I am quite sure this was in order to gain access to any bank details; thankfully I do not bank on-line.

It was then I contacted 365 Computers, it such a relief to be able to call on a local computer company who’s experts understood my problem straightaway, with their expertise were able to recover most of my files and photographs, 365 Computers were friendly and efficient and priced fairly, also it is so reassuring knowing I can contact them at any time.

We have been dealing with 365 Computers since 1996. We have always found them extremely helpful and courteous. Although we live more than 50 miles from there shop we always use them for our computer needs.

Ive never looked back:) as this family run shop, it cattered for my laptops needs as well as i have now brought a workstation .... they have been resonable in price aswell as effecient in time scales ........
