Well, it's possibly not the best place on the planet to watch England game. Actually it definitely isn't.

I came here after work to see England France game. There is no doubt the place has the facilities - huuuuge screen, pop ups bars, food stands and very obvious sponsorship for Kia.

What is lacked on the evening I was there was people and therefore any atmosphere. When I left at half time, about 30 England fans and probably 200 french fans intersperced with a quite a few more Swedes and Ukrainians waiting for the later game.

Note: Don't try and take any drinks or food with you. They take it away at the gate (and give you a very vigorous search!).

70sqm huge screen

the field fits 70 000 fans

there are tents representing every participating country, and every tent has its own specialty: foods drinks desserts ...

So basically there are 32 participating countries and 30 days ... almost enough time to try them all out :)

Its a cool place to hang out in the evening, to watch the game outdoors, have an expensive beer or coke...

But can be VERRRYYYY crowded when Germany is playing...
I havent been there on a german playing day yet, dont think i could handle it tho!

This is fun! Great atmosphere to watch the football in, even if you do have to pay silly money for beer and 50 cents to use a toilet that doesn't have a proper sink. Controversial vuvuzela ban as well from what I've heard. Nice big screen though, so you can see your face in biggg. Happy slapping not encouraged.

Pretty fun place to watch the world cup in Hamburg, no matter who you're supporting you'll find someone to support with you here! We came for the farcical England vs USA match the other night, and after 4 minutes were convinced we were going to win the world cup. Some time later, it all came crashing down to earth and I felt extremely cold all of a sudden...

Beer is 3.50 with a 1€ pfand on the cups. You can't take glass in.
