Firstly, I must clarify, whilst we share the same premises, the nail bar is an independent business from Jubilee Hair Salon.
To ensure your complaint is followed up, I have spoken to LE who is the manager of the Nail bar to make her aware of your feedback.
With regards to our Salon, It is very disappointing for us to hear you would not recommend us for hair.
We are very proud of the service we offer and receive very positive reviews from our customers as you will see from this site.
Please may I ask what negative experiences you have had with our service and I will endeavour to investigate this matter further.
I am also sorry to hear that the salon decor is not to your liking. May I assure you we make every effort to create an enjoyable environment for our customers and receive many compliments regarding our salon decor.
